Spring In Progess

The sun and rain are inspiring!
Pansies flourish and iris are in bloom. Window boxes have been planted. I have also pulled out several quilt projects in process from years past. OOps...there's a blunder in Jacobs' Ladder Garden. It has been "unsewn."

Last Tourney in Kansas City

Great hits & blocks all around but not enough for Nationals. Can't wait to see video clips. Overall it was a great club season with a super coach, wonderful teammates, and nice, supportive, and positive parents & families to cheer on the team!

What happened to quilting?

This project is partly basted and is safely posted on the design wall. It comes down once every week or two when I can sew a little at Tuesday's small group. My Simply Delicious tomato applique block rides along on tournament trips for a pleasurable stitch or two. And, I am not ever far away from those tiny circles, but mostly there is work and more work and paper grading....oh yeah, gotta finish the taxes tomorrow!
