I've always liked this pattern that you've chosen, and it looks especially good in the pink and gold. I always love it when a design 'bleeds' into the border area, too !
And to top it all off, look how good it goes with my 'x' design over there in your sidebar ! Ha !
Thanks! It was dd idea and design to go out into the borders! Since we do not have enough background fabric for her expanded design idea, she also came up with the idea for a different fabric on the outside of the border X's. It is marked with dots in the diagram but maybe hard to see. I think she has a good eye for this type of thing. Maybe someday she will be a quilter... but right now there are too many things competing for her attention. I am still happy that we are working on this together at this time. I LOVE your Xs!

That looks so interesting and colourful. Perhaps your DD will be a quilter one day - she is getting good training anyway!
